MEET MICHAYLA
For me, it's the little things that matter most. From savoring a delicious cup of matcha to indulging in (gluten-free) pizza on a Thursday. From dressing up for no particular reason to cuddling my daughter on the couch, I understand and appreciate the simple pleasures that make life extraordinary.
Family holds a special place in my heart, just as it does in yours. I recognize the significance of the chosen people who surround you every day, and my biggest honor is documenting the bonds and connections that make your wedding day & life beyond truly meaningful.
Your wedding will be a beautiful affair, but more importantly, it's a space where your favorite people can gather, have fun, dance, and feel free. MEET LOGAN
I was flipping through a book of photography in the backseat of a van with Miles Davis blaring in my headphones when the magic of photography first clicked in my mind. I realized that to watch any scene unfold is a singularly unique experience; no one else on earth is watching that moment from that perspective. But if I press my camera to my eye, that unique experience can suddenly be shared with the rest of the world. Even if for just one glimpse, we can all see the world through the eyes of whoever took that picture. That is why I love photography. It has a strange magic which can make the deeply personal transform into the deeply communal.
It was originally the unpredictability of street photography that lured me behind the camera, but it didn’t take long for me to recognize the perfect storm of romance, beauty, and chaos that was present on a wedding day. There is no better moment to wield the hidden magic within a camera than when two people are declaring their love in front of their friends and family, and there is no singular perspective more worthy of sharing with the world.

We live in the most beautiful old neighborhood in St. Louis. Every day we are reminded of the life lived before us, and the history we get to be a part of.

We've been documenting our own lives on old film cameras. We usually pick up random ones at antique stores - the limit does not exist...right?

ART HILL
There are few places in the world we love more than Art Hill. Many deep conversations, picnic dates, and even our own engagement happened here.

TRAVEL
Growing up in Romania, I had the opportunity to see so much of the world, and there is something so special about discovering new places with our own little family.

DANCE FLOORS
You can catch us vibing on your dance floor & trying to convince your DJ to play any ABBA or Taylor Swift song.

OLD PHOTO ALBUMS
We are inspired by photos from the past. The ones taken on old point & shoots, polaroids, & anything that lets us grasp on to the memories of those before us. Parents, grandparents, great grandparents. These photos are still with us, even though they all aren't.
This is the core of what drives our work.
